These terms cover use of the SANTO, ETC. artist website and its optional communications surfaces.

Artist content

Music, artwork, photography, writing, branding, and other creative material on this site remain protected by the rights that apply to them. Viewing or sharing a public page does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse creative work beyond what the law otherwise allows.

Release information

Works shown as in production, coming soon, or otherwise unfinished may change before release. Dates, track information, artwork, features, and availability are not final unless the site identifies them as released or confirmed.

Email communications

Email updates are optional. If you subscribe, you can later unsubscribe or manage your preferences using the lifecycle links included with SANTO, ETC. correspondence.

SMS program — not yet live

SANTO, ETC. does not currently offer public SMS enrollment. If the reviewed initial SMS program is activated later, you will have to enter your own mobile number and explicitly request a transactional verification text. The initial flow is limited to one verification message per enrollment request; recurring promotional SMS is not part of that initial use case. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase and is separate from email consent. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. After STOP, SMS can resume only through a new explicit opt-in.

External links

The site may link to other Voduvi properties and third-party destinations. Their services, purchases, accounts, and data practices are governed separately. A link does not merge those operations with SANTO, ETC.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security controls, submit automated abuse, or use the site to violate applicable law or the rights of others.
